Commissioning customers must adhere and recognize to the following:-The artist retains all rights to the work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use as self promotion.
-Any commissioned work is to NOT be used in mass distribution, merchandise, converted into NFTs, utilized in AI Training, web articles, or political use.
-All commercial use is prohibited unless agreed upon otherwise.
-Commission work may be reposted or shared and used as self promotion by the customer on any platform (Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, etc.). This includes using the image as a profile picture, banner, or any other personal advertisement.
-The artist has every right to deny, cancel, and issue a refund to any commission.
